Who we are

Bank Right ("Bank Right," "we," "us") operates this website and provides banking activity analysis services to business owners and individuals in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Case assessment. When you complete the free case assessment we collect your answers (the nature of your banking situation, account type, approximate amount involved, what the bank has said or requested, and whether legal action is involved), your name, phone number, email address, and any notes you choose to add.

Engagement documents. If you engage us for a review, we collect the bank statements, bank correspondence, business information, and supporting records you provide through our secure intake process.

Technical information. Standard web logs and, where you arrived from an advertisement, campaign identifiers (such as a Google click identifier) so we can measure which advertising brings people to us.

How we use it

  • To assess whether our services fit your situation and to contact you about your assessment by phone, text message, and email.
  • To perform the analysis you engage us for and deliver your report.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number in the case assessment, we may send you text messages about that assessment: confirming we received it, telling you a specialist is reviewing it, and helping you schedule your case call. Some of these messages are sent automatically. Message frequency varies with your situation and is typically a small number of messages over the first few days. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

These are service messages about the case you asked us to look at. We do not send promotional text messages, newsletters, or campaigns unrelated to your assessment, and agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by email using the contact details in the footer. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from phone or email contact about your case, and it does not affect your assessment.

We do not sell or share your number. Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. We share your number with our messaging provider only so the message can be delivered to you, and with no one else. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with lead buyers, advertisers, or banks under any circumstance.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information or share it with lead buyers.
  • We do not share your information or documents with any bank, and we do not contact your bank unless you direct us to in writing.
  • We do not enroll you in marketing sequences, newsletters, or promotional campaigns based on the assessment. Our follow-up is a short series of messages about the case you submitted, and it stops as soon as you reply, book a call, or ask us to stop.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to host this website, deliver email, store data, and measure advertising (for example Google Ads conversion tracking). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security commitments and may not use it for their own purposes.

Retention and security

Assessment answers and contact details are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our records. Engagement documents are retained for the period needed to deliver and support your report and are then deleted on request or in the ordinary course. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure upload channels for documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct, provide a copy of, or delete the information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message or see Text messages above. Use the contact details in the footer of this site. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide.

Your privacy choices: advertising cookies

We use analytics and advertising cookies to measure which advertising brings business owners to this site. Under California law and similar state laws, using advertising cookies this way may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can turn this off at any time, on this device, using the control below. If you turn it off we do not send your activity to any advertising platform, including as an offline conversion.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: we do not set advertising or analytics cookies for you at all unless you turn them on above.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share the answers you give in the case assessment, or any document you send us, with any advertising platform.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
